Custompbox was started by a guitar player, for guitar players. We are not satisfied with the boxes made by the big boys. Our founder is not just a guitarist, he is also an engineer. Modeling is for twigs – the best, richest, brightest tones are made the old fashioned way – tubes, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors. Oh, and he is also a patent attorney – so we’ve gone through and read the patents and use them as inspiration to learn and improve.
